Tables and chairs are available as part of these packages only — we don’t rent tables or chairs separately from a tent. Setting Up on Grass, Pavers, or Concrete
Because so much of Westlake’s usable outdoor space is hardscape — driveways, patios, parking lots — ground stakes aren’t always an option. We offer weighted anchoring using concrete blocks or water barrels as an alternative to staking, which lets us set up securely on concrete, asphalt, or paver surfaces where digging or driving stakes isn’t possible or allowed. We also offer side walls (useful for wind, privacy, or an unpredictable forecast) and lighting for events that run into the evening. Ask us about hard-surface setup when you request your quote — we’re continuing to expand our stock of anchoring equipment, so letting us know your surface type in advance helps us make sure the right blocks or barrels are on hand for your date.

Tents are handled differently than our bounce houses and inflatables. Rather than same-day delivery and pickup, tents are typically set up 1–3 days before your event and taken down 1–3 days after, since installation takes longer and we want the tent secured and ready well before guests arrive. Plan your yard or event space accordingly — furniture, landscaping projects, or other deliveries should be scheduled around the tent, not the other way around.
A few things worth sorting out early: how much clear space you have (including overhead clearance from trees or power lines), what the ground surface is, and whether you’ll need side walls or lighting. There’s no minimum order size, but we do ask for at least 5 days’ notice to book — request a quote online, or just text or call us to get your tent on the schedule. Normal rain and heat aren’t reasons to cancel, since a properly installed tent holds up fine in both; we’ll only delay, modify, or cancel a setup, at no charge, for genuinely unsafe conditions like sustained or gusting winds above roughly 20 mph, lightning, or hail. Seated capacity follows the chairs included in each package: the 20×20 seats up to 48 guests, the 20×30 up to 64, and the 20×40 up to 96. The 20×60 is our largest at 1,200 square feet of covered space. If you are adding a buffet table, DJ, or dance floor, size up — or tell us your guest count when you request a quote and we will help you land on the right size.

How much space do I need?
Plan for about 5 feet of clearance on each side. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a 25ft x 25ft area with roughly 20ft of overhead clearance — no low branches or power lines.
Do you deliver and set up tents in Westlake, Ohio?
Yes. Westlake is within our regular tent delivery and setup area. We handle full setup and takedown — this isn’t a drop-off or self-assembly rental.
Can a tent be set up on my driveway or a paved lot instead of grass?

No — tables and chairs are only available as part of a tent package, not as a standalone rental.
When is the tent set up and taken down relative to my event?

What’s your rain or weather policy for tents?
Our tent weather policy is separate from our bounce-house rain policy. Normal rain and heat aren’t grounds for cancellation or a refund, since a properly set-up tent is designed to handle both. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup for safety in severe weather — sustained winds or gusts above roughly 20 mph, lightning, hail, or other dangerous conditions — and a cancellation we initiate for those reasons carries no fee. If you cancel because ordinary rain is forecast, our standard cancellation policy applies instead.
Do you offer lighting or side walls?
Yes, both are available as add-ons — useful for evening events or extra wind, sun, or privacy coverage.
How far in advance do I need to book?
