Avon has changed a lot over the past couple of decades — what used to be farmland along the Route 611 and I-90 corridors is now one of the fastest-growing communities on Cleveland’s west side, filled with newer subdivisions, larger lots, and young families settling in. Because tables and chairs come bundled into these packages rather than being rented separately, you’re not stitching together quotes from three different vendors and hoping the delivery windows line up. One company delivers the tent, tables, and chairs together and sets them up as a unit — which tends to work out simpler and more cost-effective than piecing together a tent rental, a table rental, and a chair rental from separate sources at typical market rates.
Setting Up on Avon’s Newer Lots — Grass, Pavers, and Concrete
One thing that comes up often in newer developments like the ones common around Avon: not every yard is a straightforward grass install. Paver patios, poured patios, and concrete or asphalt driveways are common in newer construction, and traditional stake-and-rope anchoring doesn’t work on hard surfaces. We carry concrete blocks and water barrels as weighted anchor alternatives, along with side walls and lighting as add-ons — so a tent set up on a patio or driveway is often still workable without driving stakes into a hard surface. We typically deliver and set up 1–3 days before your event and return to take the tent down 1–3 days after, rather than same-day drop-off and pickup. What size tent do I need for my Avon event?
Seated capacity follows the chairs included in each package: the 20×20 seats up to 48 guests, the 20×30 up to 64, and the 20×40 up to 96. The 20×60 is our largest at 1,200 square feet of covered space. What tent sizes are available?

How much space do I need?
Plan for about 5 feet of clearance on each side. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a 25ft x 25ft area with roughly 20ft of overhead clearance — no low branches or power lines.
Do you deliver and set up tents in Avon, Ohio?
Yes. Avon is within our regular tent delivery and setup area. We handle full setup and takedown — this isn’t a drop-off or self-assembly rental.
Can a tent be set up on my driveway or a paved lot instead of grass?

Do you need to know where utility lines are?
Yes — we stake tents into the ground, so we need to avoid buried irrigation, invisible dog fence, and utility lines. Let us know about anything underground when you book, and we’ll plan the placement around it.
Can I rent tables and chairs without a tent?
No — tables and chairs are only available as part of a tent package, not as a standalone rental.
When is the tent set up and taken down relative to my event?
Tents are typically installed one to three days before the event and taken down one to three days after — not same-day setup like our bounce houses.
What’s your rain or weather policy for tents?
Our tent weather policy is separate from our bounce-house rain policy. Normal rain and heat aren’t grounds for cancellation or a refund, since a properly set-up tent is designed to handle both. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup for safety in severe weather — sustained winds or gusts above roughly 20 mph, lightning, hail, or other dangerous conditions — and a cancellation we initiate for those reasons carries no fee. If you cancel because ordinary rain is forecast, our standard cancellation policy applies instead.
Do you offer lighting or side walls?
Yes, both are available as add-ons — useful for evening events or extra wind, sun, or privacy coverage.
How far in advance do I need to book?
