Tents are typically delivered and set up one to three days before your event and taken down one to three days afterward — this isn’t a same-day drop-off-and-pickup rental like some of our inflatables, so plan your date range with that window in mind.

Tables and chairs are included in our tent packages and are not available as a standalone rental — each package size comes with a set number of tables and chairs built in.
When is the tent set up and taken down relative to my event?

What’s your rain or weather policy for tents?
Our tent weather policy is separate from our bounce-house rain policy. Normal rain and heat are not grounds for cancellation or a refund, since a properly set-up tent is designed to handle both. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup for safety in severe weather — sustained winds or gusts above roughly 20 mph, lightning, hail, or other dangerous conditions — and a cancellation we initiate for those reasons carries no fee. If you cancel because ordinary rain is forecast, our standard cancellation policy applies instead.
Do you offer lighting or side walls?
Yes, both are available as add-ons — useful for evening events or extra wind, sun, and privacy coverage.
How far in advance do I need to book?
