20×30 Tent Package — includes 64 chairs and 8 tables. Common for larger graduation parties, milestone birthdays, and mid-sized backyard receptions where you want extra breathing room around the food and seating areas.
20×40 Tent Package — includes 96 chairs and 12 tables. Suited to larger weddings, community gatherings, and events where you’re hosting a substantial guest list and want a real event space rather than a small canopy.

High-peak tents have a distinct advantage over standard pole or frame tents: the peaked roofline gives you meaningfully more headroom and a more finished, tailored look, without interior support poles breaking up your seating or dance floor layout the way a traditional pole tent’s center poles do. On a larger property, that open interior also makes it easier to arrange tables, a buffet line, or a small stage without working around obstructions.
Rather than pricing out a tent, a separate table rental, and a separate chair rental from different vendors, our packages bundle all three — which is generally a better value than sourcing each piece individually at average local rental rates. Planning a Tent Setup on a Rural or Larger Lot
Grass and field setup. As noted above, this is the surface our stakes are built for, and it’s the most common surface we’ll be working with on a Columbia Station property. If you have a choice of locations on your lot, a flat, well-drained grassy area will typically give you the fastest, most secure setup.
Driveway access and gravel lanes. Longer driveways, gravel lanes, and properties set back from the road are common out here, and our delivery team plans for that. If your driveway is narrow, has a steep grade, or your event site is a distance from where a delivery truck can park, let us know when you request your quote so we can plan the route and crew time accordingly.
Wells, septic fields, and buried lines. This is a genuinely different consideration on larger rural properties than it is on a typical suburban lot: many Columbia Station homes have a private well and septic system, and some have invisible pet fencing, buried electrical runs to outbuildings, or irrigation lines. Before we stake a tent into the ground, it’s worth knowing where those are. Timing, Weather & What to Expect From Setup to Teardown
Tents are typically delivered and set up one to three days before your event and taken down one to three days afterward — this isn’t a same-day drop-off-and-pickup rental, so plan your property access around that window. Ohio weather is genuinely unpredictable in any season, and a tent is one of the most effective ways to keep an outdoor event on schedule regardless of sun, wind, or a passing rain shower. Normal rain and heat aren’t grounds for cancellation or a refund, since a properly set-up tent still functions in those conditions — that’s separate from our bounce house rain policy. We do reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup for safety in severe weather, such as sustained winds or gusts over roughly 20 mph, lightning, or hail, and a cancellation we initiate for those reasons carries no fee. If you cancel because ordinary rain is forecast, our standard cancellation policy applies instead — we’ll walk you through the details when you request your quote.

How much space do I need for the tent?
Plan for about 5 feet of clearance on each side. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a 25ft x 25ft area with roughly 20ft of overhead clearance — no low branches or power lines. On most Columbia Station properties this is rarely the limiting factor.
Do you deliver tents to Columbia Station, Ohio?
Yes — Columbia Station is within our regular tent delivery and setup area. We handle full setup and takedown, so this is not a drop-off or self-assembly rental. Tell us your address and event date when you request a quote and we will confirm the details for your property.
Can a tent be set up on grass or in an open field?
Yes — grass and open field setups are the most straightforward for us, since we stake into the ground. Larger Columbia Station lots usually give us plenty of room to place and orient the tent well.
We have a long or gravel driveway. Does that affect delivery?
Usually not, but it is worth telling us up front. We need to get a truck and trailer close enough to the setup area to move equipment safely, so mention driveway length, surface, gates, and any low branches or soft ground when you request a quote.
We have a septic system, well, or buried lines on our property. What should we know before setup?
This matters a lot — we stake tents into the ground, so we need to avoid septic tanks and leach fields, well lines, buried irrigation, invisible dog fence, and utility lines. Mark or describe anything underground when you book and we will plan the tent placement around it.
Can a tent be set up on a driveway, patio, or other hard surface instead of grass?
