The Mechanical Bull: Cleveland’s Go-To Corporate Attraction
Our mechanical bull is the one item in our lineup that isn’t something guests bounce in — it’s a ride, run by one of our trained operators, with a cushioned inflatable landing surface and a control system the operator adjusts rider by rider. That means it can be dialed down for a coworker who’s never ridden one before and turned up for someone chasing a full eight seconds. It’s also as much a spectator attraction as a participant one: a crowd forms around it because watching is half the entertainment, which is part of why it shows up so often at company picnics, festivals, after-proms, and church parties. A few practical details worth knowing before you book: riders must be at least 48 inches tall and weigh less than 300 pounds, every rider signs a release before riding (electronic waivers can be provided), and the bull can be set up both indoors and outdoors. It’s rented in two-hour or four-hour blocks of time with additional time available by the hour, which makes it easy to size to a lunch-hour picnic or a full afternoon event. Setup needs a 20ft by 20ft by 10ft footprint and two separate 20-amp circuits.
Obstacle Courses for Team Building and Company Picnics
Our obstacle courses are built as a race, which is exactly what makes them work for an adult crowd in a way a bounce house doesn’t — coworkers will actually get in line for a timed run through a course the way they generally won’t for a kids’ bounce house. The larger-format courses are the better fit for a company event: the 60ft Xtreme Tie Dye Challenge Obstacle Course (wet/dry), the 62ft Obstacle Course Green (wet/dry), and our largest, the 101ft Obstacle Course Green (wet/dry), all give a long enough run to set up head-to-head heats or a department-versus-department bracket. Every course lists a suggested age range of 5 and up, so there’s no equipment barrier to adults using them.
For a station-based team-building day rather than one long line, our standalone inflatable games pair well alongside a course: a Double Lane Slam Dunk Contest, an Axe Throw, and a 3-in-1 Carnival Game all work as quick, competitive stations that keep a large group moving between activities instead of queuing for one.
Building a Full Company Picnic Lineup
Company picnics are one of the event types we hear about most often, and they tend to mix adult-focused attractions with a kids’ zone for employees who bring their families. Booking for Your Office, a Rented Venue, or a Park
The setup basics are the same wherever your event lands: a 36-inch-wide clear path to the setup area with no stairs, power within 50 feet of the spot (or a generator added to the order if it isn’t), and the right anchoring for the surface — long steel stakes on grass, sandbags on pavement or indoors. If your event is at a public park or an outside venue rather than your own property, check with the city or venue directly about what permits apply before you book, and let us know if a generator will be needed since not every site has power near the setup spot.

Weather and Rescheduling for an Outdoor Company Event
Wind above 15 miles per hour is unsafe for inflatable equipment, and we reserve the right to cancel or postpone until it drops. Ordinary rain is usually not a reason to cancel — we generally still deliver, and if your event is still on, so are we — but lightning and thunderstorms mean activity stops immediately until conditions clear. A weather-related reschedule needs to reach us before 8am the day before delivery.
Corporate Event Questions Before You Book
Is the mechanical bull appropriate for a mixed-age office crowd?
Yes, within our published limits — riders must be at least 48 inches tall and under 300 pounds, and every rider signs a release before getting on (a parent or guardian signs for minors). The operator adjusts the difficulty for each rider, so it works for a first-timer and an experienced rider on the same afternoon.
Can we book the bull and an obstacle course for the same event?

What if our event is at a park or an outside venue instead of our office?
We do deliver to parks and outside venues. Check with the city or venue about permit requirements before you book, and let us know if the site has power nearby or if a generator should be added to your order.
What happens if it rains on the day of our event?
We usually still deliver in the rain, and if your event is still on, so are we. Wind above 15 miles per hour, lightning, or thunderstorms are the exceptions, and a weather reschedule needs to reach us before 8am the day before delivery.
