20×30 High-Peak Tent — a step up for larger guest counts or events that need more room for a dance floor, buffet line, or seating layout. Available as a package with 64 chairs and 8 tables.

20×40 High-Peak Tent — our largest current size, suited to bigger weddings, community events, or gatherings where you want guests seated and comfortable rather than standing shoulder to shoulder. Available as a package with 96 chairs and 12 tables.

20×60 High-Peak Tent — our largest option at 1,200 square feet of covered space, for large weddings, community events, and gatherings that need the most room under a single tent. Available as a standalone tent or as a package with tables and chairs.

What’s Included in a Medina Tent Package

Each package pairs the tent itself with the tables and chairs sized to match it — we don’t rent tables or chairs on their own, only as part of a tent package, so the numbers above represent what actually comes with each size. Add-ons are available beyond the base package, including side walls (useful for wind, sun, or a cooler evening), lighting for events that run into the evening, and anchoring options like concrete blocks and water barrels for setups where traditional stakes aren’t practical. Setting Up on Grass, Gravel, or a Paved Surface

Medina properties vary — some have wide open lawns, others have patios, driveways, or gravel areas where a homeowner might assume a tent isn’t an option. That’s not necessarily true. With the right anchoring, tents can often be set up on surfaces where ground stakes won’t work, using weighted anchors like concrete blocks or water barrels instead. We’re continuing to build out this anchoring equipment, so ask us about hard-surface setup for concrete, asphalt, or paver areas when you request a quote. If your event site isn’t a flat grass yard, mention that up front so we can plan the right anchoring approach and confirm what’s available before delivery day.

Setup and teardown timing is also worth planning around: tents typically go up one to three days before your event and come down one to three days after, rather than the same day. That gives us flexibility on delivery scheduling but means you’ll want to loop us in early, especially during Medina’s busy graduation and wedding season in late spring and early summer.

For weather planning specifically, note that our tent rental policy is separate from our bounce house rain policy. Normal rain and heat aren’t grounds for cancellation or a refund, since a properly set-up tent is designed to handle both. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup for safety in severe weather — sustained winds or gusts over roughly 20 mph, lightning, hail, or other dangerous conditions — and a cancellation we initiate for those reasons carries no fee.
