Our crew typically delivers and sets up 1–3 days before your event and returns to take the tent down 1–3 days afterward, which gives everything time to be installed properly and gives you a buffer if weather affects the setup schedule. When you request a quote, have your address, event date, approximate guest count, and a sense of your setup surface (grass, patio, or driveway) ready — that’s the information we need to confirm delivery and put together an accurate quote. Planning Around Lake Erie Weather

Being close to Lake Erie, Rocky River can see quick weather changes — wind off the lake, pop-up storms, and temperature swings between the shoreline and the neighborhoods further inland. A tent won’t eliminate weather as a factor, but it gives your event a covered fallback so a passing rain shower or strong sun doesn’t derail the day. If you cancel because ordinary rain is in the forecast, our standard cancellation policy applies instead.
