A company picnic, an employee appreciation cookout, a client open house β these events put your organization on display outdoors, usually with a hard date, a guest count thatβs bigger than a backyard party, and no room for a scheduling scramble. CLE Bounce Houses supplies and installs high-peak tents across the Cleveland area for exactly this kind of event, handling delivery, setup, and teardown so your team can focus on the event itself instead of the tent.
Corporate outdoor events tend to share the same short list of requirements: enough covered space for the whole group, a setup that looks intentional rather than improvised, and a rental partner who shows up and installs on schedule without needing hand-holding on event day. A high-peak tent checks all three boxes. The steep-pitched roofline sheds rain better than a flat-top canopy, stands up to wind more predictably, and reads as a finished, professional structure rather than a backyard pop-up β which matters when clients, executives, or the whole staff are walking underneath it.
Whether youβre running an annual company picnic, an employee appreciation lunch, a client-facing outdoor event, or an outdoor product launch or grand opening, the tent itself does double duty: itβs the shade and weather protection, and itβs also the visual anchor for the whole event.
High-Peak Tents Sized to Your Guest List
We work in three high-peak tent sizes, so the footprint can scale with your event instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all setup.
20×20 High-Peak Tent Our most established size and a solid fit for a smaller department gathering, a leadership offsite, or a client meet-and-greet where you need covered space without taking over a whole lot.
20×30 High-Peak Tent A step up for a mid-sized company picnic or appreciation event β enough room to spread out food service, seating, and a bit of open space without guests feeling stacked on top of each other.
20×40 High-Peak Tent Our largest option, built for full-company picnics, larger client events, or product launches where you want one continuous covered area instead of splitting the group across multiple tents.
Exact seated and standing capacity varies with your table/chair layout, food service setup, and whether youβre using the full footprint for seating or leaving room for activities or a stage. As a baseline, matched to the package chair counts, the 20×20 seats up to 48 guests, the 20×30 up to 64, and the 20×40 up to 96. Tell us your expected headcount and how you plan to use the space, and weβll help you land on the right size.
Corporate Tent Packages: Tent, Tables, and Chairs in One Booking
Rather than sourcing a tent from one vendor and tables and chairs from another, our tent packages bundle everything together:
- 20×20 Package β tent, 6 tables, 48 chairs
- 20×30 Package β tent, 8 tables, 64 chairs
- 20×40 Package β tent, 12 tables, 96 chairs
Packaged this way, the cost typically comes in below what it would run to rent or buy the tent, tables, and chairs as separate line items at average market rates β useful when youβre building a budget request or comparing quotes. Tables and chairs are only available as part of a tent package, not as a standalone rental, so if your event needs more seating than a single package includes, let us know your full headcount and weβll help you figure out the right combination. For confirmed current pricing, request a quote β we can walk through package options based on your guest count and site.
Logistics Corporate Planners Actually Care About
Setup Ahead of Time, Not the Morning Of
Tents are typically delivered and set up one to three days before your event, and taken down one to three days after β not same-day setup and breakout. That gives your team a finished site to walk through, photograph, or adjust before guests arrive, and it removes βwill the tent be up in timeβ from your list of day-of worries. If your event is part of a multi-day company gathering or you need the tent to stay up across several days for staged activities, tell us your timeline when you request a quote and weβll work out whatβs possible.
A Clean, Professional Look for Client-Facing Events
For events where appearance matters β client visits, media coverage, executive attendance β add-ons like side walls and lighting help the tent read as a finished, branded space rather than a basic canopy. Side walls also give you a way to define the space, block wind, or create a more enclosed feel for catering and check-in areas. We donβt currently produce custom-branded tent graphics or signage, so if your event needs company branding visible on the structure itself, plan to bring your own banners, signage, or step-and-repeat and weβll help you figure out where theyβll fit best within the tent layout.
Weekday and Weekend Scheduling
Corporate events donβt follow the same calendar as weddings and backyard parties β plenty of company picnics and appreciation events happen on a weekday afternoon or evening rather than a Saturday. We work with businesses to schedule delivery and setup around a weekday event, a weekend event, or an off-hours install before your team arrives. We ask for at least 5 daysβ notice to book, and thereβs no minimum order β request a quote online, or reach out by text or phone call to get the process started.
Parking Lots, Pavement, and Other Non-Grass Surfaces
Many corporate venues β office campuses, parking lots, industrial parks β donβt offer the open grass a backyard tent setup assumes. With add-on concrete block or water barrel anchoring, tents can be installed on hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt, or pavers using weighted anchors instead of ground stakes, which opens up sites that wouldnβt otherwise work for a staked tent. Ask us about hard-surface setup when you request your quote β describe your site and weβll tell you what setup will work.
Events We Support
- Company picnics
- Employee appreciation days
- Client-facing outdoor events
- Product launches and grand openings
- Team gatherings and offsites held outdoors
If your event doesnβt fit neatly into one of these categories, thatβs fine β describe what youβre planning and weβll tell you what tent size and setup makes sense.
Getting a Quote for Your Company Event
Corporate bookings often come with a budget approval process, so weβre glad to put together a written quote you can share internally before anything is finalized. Tell us your event date, expected guest count, and site (including whether itβs grass, pavement, or a mix), and weβll recommend a tent size and package. For contingency planning: normal rain and heat arenβt grounds for cancellation, since a properly set-up tent still functions in those conditions, and this policy is separate from our bounce-house rain policy. We do reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup at no cancellation fee if weβre facing genuinely unsafe conditions β sustained or gusting winds around 20 mph or higher, lightning, or hail. If youβd rather cancel on your end over an ordinary rain forecast, that falls under our standard cancellation policy.

Corporate Event Tent Rental FAQs
Do you rent tents for company picnics and corporate events?
Yes. We supply and install high-peak tents for company picnics, employee appreciation events, client-facing gatherings, and product launches across the Cleveland area.
What size tent do we need for our company picnic?
It depends on your guest count and how you plan to use the space (seating only vs. seating plus food service or activities). We offer 20×20, 20×30, and 20×40 high-peak tents, seating up to 48, 64, and 96 guests respectively based on the package chair counts β tell us your expected headcount and we’ll recommend a size.
Can you set up on a parking lot or other paved surface instead of grass?
With add-on anchoring (concrete blocks or water barrels in place of ground stakes), setup on hard surfaces like asphalt or pavers may be possible depending on the site. Describe your venue when you request a quote and we’ll confirm what will work.
Do you offer tables and chairs with corporate tent rentals?
Yes, but only as part of a tent package β we don’t rent tables or chairs separately from a tent. Each package size includes a set number of tables and chairs matched to the tent.
How far in advance do we need to book for a corporate event?
We ask for at least 5 days’ notice to book. Given other companies also plan seasonal events, earlier requests generally have more availability, especially for larger tent sizes.
Do you set up the day of our event?
No β tents are typically delivered and installed one to three days before the event and taken down one to three days after, so the site is ready ahead of time rather than being finished the morning guests arrive.
Can you accommodate a multi-day corporate event or trade show?
Let us know your timeline when requesting a quote and we’ll work out what’s possible for a multi-day setup.
Is there a minimum order for corporate bookings?
No β there’s no minimum order.
What happens if it rains?
Tent rentals have a separate weather policy from our bounce house rentals. Normal rain and heat aren’t grounds for cancellation, since a properly set-up tent still functions in those conditions. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup at no cancellation fee for safety in severe weather, such as sustained or gusting winds around 20 mph or higher, lightning, or hail; canceling on your end over an ordinary forecast falls under our standard cancellation policy. Ask about this when you request your quote so you have it in writing ahead of your event.
Do you deliver to office parks and business districts outside Cleveland proper?
We serve communities throughout the greater Cleveland area. If you’re not sure whether your location is covered, ask when you request a quote and we’ll confirm.
What tent sizes are available?
Currently 20×20, 20×30, 20×40, and 20×60 high-peak tents, each available alone or as a package with matching tables and chairs.
How much space do we need for the tent?
Plan for about 5 feet of clearance on each side. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a 25ft x 25ft area with roughly 20ft of overhead clearance β no low branches or power lines.
Do you need to know where utility lines are?
Yes β we stake tents into the ground, so we need to avoid buried irrigation, invisible dog fence, and utility lines. Let us know about anything underground when you book, and weβll plan the placement around it.
Do you offer lighting or side walls?
Yes, both are available as add-ons β useful for evening events or extra wind/sun/privacy coverage.
How much does a tent rental cost?
Pricing varies by tent size and whether you choose the tent alone or a package with tables and chairs. Each tent above links straight to its booking page, where youβll always see current rates β or see our Tent Packages page. Request a quote with your date and guest count for exact pricing.
