Bay Village is a smaller, tightly built community by land area, but many of its lots — particularly the closer you get to the lakefront and the older, established streets north of Wolf Road and Cahoon Road — run larger and deeper than what you’d find in a newer subdivision further out. That extra depth is exactly what a high-peak tent is built to use well. Because our tents are frame-built rather than center-pole tents, there’s no pole planted in the middle of your yard eating into your layout — the full footprint stays open for tables, a dance floor, or just room for guests to move around comfortably.

A 20×30 or 20×40 tent asks for a meaningful stretch of clear, level space, and Bay Village’s older residential lots — especially those set back from the street or backing onto larger side yards — tend to have that room to give, more so than tighter infill lots in some neighboring communities. Because our tents can be anchored with concrete blocks or water barrels instead of ground stakes, a patio or driveway setup is often workable where a traditional staked pole tent wouldn’t be. We currently offer four high-peak tent sizes, each available as a bare tent or as a package with matching tables and chairs (tables and chairs are only available as part of a package, not rented separately):

• 20×20 High-Peak Tent / Package — includes 48 chairs and 6 tables. A practical fit for a backyard graduation open house or a smaller family gathering.
• 20×30 High-Peak Tent / Package — includes 64 chairs and 8 tables. Common for larger open houses, showers, and reunions.
• 20×40 High-Peak Tent / Package — includes 96 chairs and 12 tables. Sized for weddings, larger community events, or milestone parties with a bigger guest list.
• 20×60 High-Peak Tent / Package — our largest size at 1,200 sq. ft. of covered space, with tables and chairs bundled in on the package option. Built for receptions, company events, and larger community gatherings.

Planning Your Setup: Space, Access & Timing

Before requesting a quote, it helps to walk your yard or event space and note a few things: how much clear, level ground you have beyond the tent’s actual footprint (stakes or anchors need their own clearance), how our crew would access the site with equipment — through a side yard, gate, or driveway — and whether you’re planning for grass, a patio, or a mix of both. Tents are typically delivered and set up one to three days before your event and picked up one to three days after, so you’re not managing a same-day installation on top of everything else. There’s no minimum order size, and we ask for at least 5 days’ notice to book — the earlier you reach out once you have a date, the more flexibility we’ll have on scheduling.

Weather planning for a tent rental works differently than it does for a bounce house — tents involve different anchoring and wind considerations. Normal rain and heat aren’t reasons to cancel, since a properly set-up tent still functions fine in both; we’ll only delay, modify, or cancel a setup, at no cancellation fee, for genuinely unsafe conditions like sustained or gusting winds over about 20 mph, lightning, or hail. If you cancel on your own for ordinary forecasted rain, our standard cancellation policy applies — ask us directly when you request your quote and we’ll walk you through it.
