Our largest current size, suited to bigger guest lists or receptions that want generous room for dinner, dancing, and a bar area without feeling tight. The 20×40 package includes 96 chairs and 12 tables, seating up to 96 guests.

What’s Included: Wedding Tent Packages, Tables & Chairs
Each tent size is available as a package that bundles the tent itself with a matched set of tables and chairs, so you’re not sourcing those pieces separately and hoping they show up on time from three different vendors. Tables and chairs are only available as part of a tent package — we don’t rent tables or chairs on their own — which keeps the pricing and logistics simpler for events that are being built around a tent in the first place.
The value of the package framing is worth spelling out: renting a high-peak tent, enough tables, and enough chairs separately from different suppliers at typical market rates generally costs more than booking them together as one of our packages, and it means coordinating multiple deliveries and pickups instead of one. If you already own or are separately sourcing tables and chairs, the tent is also available on its own.

Setup Timing — Planning Around Your Ceremony and Reception
Tents for weddings are not a same-day drop-off-and-pick-up item. We typically deliver and set up 1–3 days before your event and return to take the tent down 1–3 days afterward. That buffer matters for a wedding specifically — it means the tent is up, inspected, and ready well before your rehearsal or vendor load-in, instead of racing a delivery truck on the morning of the ceremony. It also gives your florist, lighting vendor, caterer, and rental company room to work inside a finished structure rather than around a crew that’s still assembling one.
Because of that multi-day window, it’s worth thinking about your setup timeline early — coordinating tent delivery with any other outdoor work happening on the property (landscaping, other rental deliveries, parking arrangements) goes more smoothly when it’s planned in advance rather than the week of. We ask for at least 5 days’ notice to book, though for a wedding date we’d encourage reaching out well before that — request a quote online, or reach out by text or call, and we’ll walk through booking with you.
Weather Planning for an Outdoor Wedding
One of the most common questions we get is what happens if it rains. It’s worth being direct about this: our tent rain/weather policy is separate from our bounce house rain policy, and the two should not be assumed to work the same way. Normal rain and heat are not grounds for cancellation or a refund — a properly set-up tent still does its job in those conditions. We do reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup at no cancellation fee if we’re facing genuinely dangerous conditions, such as sustained or gusting winds around 20 mph or higher, lightning, or hail. If you decide you’d rather cancel over an ordinary rain forecast, that falls under our standard cancellation policy instead. What we can say confidently is that a properly set-up high-peak tent is designed to handle rain well — that steep roofline is functional, not just decorative — and that side walls are available as an add-on if you want full weather protection (and wind/temperature buffering) rather than an open-air canopy. If your date has a real chance of rain, ask us about walls and layout options when you request your quote so weather is a planned-for detail, not a day-of scramble.
Where the Tent Goes: Site and Surface Considerations
Backyards and Private Property
Backyard weddings are one of the most common settings we set up for, and a level, reasonably firm grass area is the easiest surface to work with for standard stake anchoring. If you’re planning a backyard reception, walking the space in advance and noting slope, underground irrigation or utility lines, and how close the tent footprint sits to fences, decks, or septic fields will make the site visit and setup faster.
Venues, Hard Surfaces & Anchoring Options
Not every wedding site is a grass yard. Concrete patios, asphalt lots, pavers, and other hard surfaces don’t accept traditional ground stakes, but that doesn’t automatically rule a tent out — we can accommodate concrete and paved surfaces using weighted anchoring (concrete blocks and/or water barrels) in place of stakes. If your venue or property has a hard-surface area you’re considering for the tent, ask us about hard-surface setup when you request a quote so we can confirm what will work for your specific site.

How much space do we need for the tent?
Plan for about 5 feet of clearance on each side. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a 25ft x 25ft area with roughly 20ft of overhead clearance — no low branches or power lines.
Do you need to know where utility lines are?
Yes — we stake tents into the ground, so we need to avoid buried irrigation, invisible dog fence, and utility lines. Let us know about anything underground when you book, and we’ll plan the placement around it.
Do you offer lighting or side walls?
