Tent Rental FAQs
What size tent do I need for my party?
A good rule of thumb: our 20×20 seats up to 48 guests, the 20×30 seats up to 64, and the 20×40 seats up to 96. If you're adding a buffet table, DJ, or dance floor, size up. Not sure? Call us with your guest count and we'll tell you exactly what fits.
How much space do I need in my yard?
Plan for about 5 feet of clearance on each side. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a 25ft x 25ft area with roughly 20ft of overhead clearance — no low branches or power lines.
Can you set up on a driveway or pavement?
Yes. On grass we stake the tent into the ground. On hard surfaces we use water barrels or concrete blocks instead, which can be added to your order.
Do you need to know where utility lines are?
Yes — we stake tents into the ground, so we need to avoid buried irrigation, invisible dog fence, and utility lines. Let us know about anything underground when you book, and we'll plan the placement around it.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We typically deliver and set up 1–3 days before your event, and pick up 1–3 days after — at no extra charge. You get the tent for your whole event at one flat rate.
What if it rains?
Tents are built for exactly that — a little rain is no problem, and side walls are available if you want extra protection from wind and weather. Add them to your order or ask when you book.
Can I add tables and chairs to a tent-only rental?
Absolutely. You can add 8ft rectangular tables and black folding chairs à la carte, or just book one of our Tent Party Packages, which bundle them in at a better price.
How far in advance should I book?
Our tents are limited-quantity items and graduation and wedding season fills up quickly. We recommend reserving as early as you can lock in your date.
