Seated capacity follows the chairs included in each package: 48 for the 20×20, 64 for the 20×30, and 96 for the 20×40. Renting a tent, tables, and chairs separately from different vendors — or buying disposable versions of any of it — adds up fast once you count delivery, setup labor, and per-item costs. Our packages bundle the tent with a matched set of tables and chairs at a combined price that’s typically lower than piecing the same equipment together elsewhere, and everything arrives and gets set up as one coordinated job instead of three. Tables and chairs are available as part of a tent package only — we don’t rent them on their own — which keeps setup simple and means your tent, tables, and chairs are always sized to match.

Setting Up on Brunswick Lots: Space, Surface, and Access
Brunswick’s neighborhoods include a good mix of grassy backyards and paved driveways, patios, and parking areas — which matters, because not every tent setup works the same way on every surface. Traditional tent installs use ground stakes, which need real grass or soil to anchor into. For events on concrete, asphalt, or paver surfaces, we also offer weighted anchoring using concrete blocks or water barrels instead of stakes, so a paved driveway or church parking lot doesn’t automatically rule out a tent.

How Tent Rental Timing Works
Unlike a bounce house, which typically gets dropped off and picked up the same day, tents are set up ahead of the event — usually one to three days before — and taken down one to three days after. That buffer gives our crew flexibility around weather and scheduling, and it means your tent will already be up and ready when you start setting tables, decorations, or catering on the day of your event.
There’s no minimum order for a tent rental, and we ask for at least 5 days’ notice to book — though as a general rule, the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility you’ll have on dates, especially during Brunswick’s busy graduation season in late spring. How much space do I need in my yard?
Plan for about 5 feet of clearance on each side. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a 25ft x 25ft area with roughly 20ft of overhead clearance — no low branches or power lines.
Do you deliver and set up tents in Brunswick, Ohio?
Yes. Brunswick is within our regular tent delivery and setup area. We handle full setup and takedown — this isn’t a drop-off/self-assembly rental.
Can a tent be set up on my driveway or a paved lot instead of grass?

No — tables and chairs are only available as part of a tent package, not as a standalone rental.
When is the tent set up and taken down relative to my event?
Tents are typically installed one to three days before the event and taken down one to three days after — not same-day setup like our bounce houses.
What’s your rain or weather policy for tents?
Our tent weather policy is separate from our bounce-house rain policy. Normal rain and heat aren’t grounds for cancellation or a refund, since a properly set-up tent is designed to handle both. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel a setup for safety in severe weather — sustained winds or gusts above roughly 20 mph, lightning, hail, or other dangerous conditions — and a cancellation we initiate for those reasons carries no fee. If you cancel because ordinary rain is forecast, our standard cancellation policy applies instead.
Do you offer lighting or side walls?
Yes, both are available as add-ons — useful for evening events or extra wind/sun/privacy coverage.
How far in advance do I need to book?
