Our 20×20 High Peak Tent is available on its own or as a package that bundles in 48 chairs and 6 tables — one order instead of coordinating a tent company and a separate table-and-chair rental. This is the size most Parma backyard parties, graduation open houses, and smaller reunions land on, since it fits comfortably within a typical fenced lot with room left over for a grill, a folding table for gifts, or a kids’ play area.

20×30, 20×40 and 20×60 High Peak Packages (larger gatherings). For bigger Parma gatherings — parish festivals, larger reunions, weddings, and school or community events that outgrow a backyard — we also rent 20×30 (with 64 chairs and 8 tables) and 20×40 (with 96 chairs and 12 tables) high-peak packages, plus a 20×60 that covers 1,200 sq. ft. with tables and chairs bundled in. Every package uses the same high-peak frame style — a tall, pointed roofline supported by the frame itself rather than a center pole, so you get the full floor space to work with instead of designing your layout around a pole in the middle of the tent. Setting Up in Parma: Yards, Driveways, and Hard Surfaces

Our standard setup anchors the tent into the ground with stakes, which works best on grass or soil. Because a lot of Parma properties are tighter, older lots — some with more concrete, asphalt, or paver space (driveways, patios, parking areas) relative to open lawn than you’d find in a newer-built suburb — we also offer add-on anchoring with concrete blocks or water barrels as a weighted alternative to stakes. That opens up setups on hard surfaces where staking simply isn’t possible. Before you book, it’s worth walking your own space the way you’d walk it for any outdoor project: check for a gate or side-yard path wide enough for our crew to bring materials through, note where fences, sheds, or a detached garage might limit tent placement, and mark anything underground you know about (sprinkler lines, invisible fencing) if we’ll be staking. Mentioning your surface type — grass, driveway, or a mix — when you request a quote helps us plan the right anchoring from the start instead of adjusting on setup day.

What to Expect: Delivery, Setup Timing & Weather

Tent setup isn’t a same-day, in-and-out service. Tents are typically delivered and set up one to three days before your event, then taken down one to three days after — which means your tent is already standing, not being assembled, when your guests arrive. Plan any yard prep (mowing, clearing furniture or toys, moving vehicles off the driveway if that’s where we’re anchoring) for a day or two ahead of your scheduled setup rather than the morning of your event.

Weather planning for a tent rental is handled separately from our bounce house rain policy — the two aren’t the same, since a staked or anchored tent responds differently to wind and rain than an inflatable does. Normal rain and heat aren’t reasons to cancel, since a properly set-up tent still holds up fine in both; we’ll only delay, modify, or cancel a setup, at no cancellation fee, for genuinely unsafe conditions like sustained or gusting winds over about 20 mph, lightning, or hail. If you cancel on your own for ordinary forecasted rain, our standard cancellation policy applies. Ask us directly when you request your quote, and we’ll walk through it for your date.

Tables and Chairs — Package-Only, Not Sold Separately

Tables and chairs come with our tent packages — they’re not something we rent on their own. If your Parma event needs seating along with a tent, the package (tent, tables, and chairs together) is the way to get all of it in one order rather than coordinating a separate table-and-chair rental on top of the tent.
